The mission… if JingSlingers chose to accept it: Create an organic three tier, six layer, Sugar-Free, Gluten-Free, raw coconut frosting, SuperFood wedding cake in LA and travel with it to Boston, Massachusetts.
Joy and Jay accepted this throw-down and packed the 60 pound unfrosted cake into their luggage to fly from LAX to Logan airport and then drive the freshly, finely frosted Superfood cake from Massachusetts to the beautiful outdoor wedding venue in rural Rhode Island.
The Mission was 100% successful. CakePhoria!! The entire cake was devoured by the 150 guests in just 36 minutes…. Gotta love a happy ending!”
